Accessing cPanel

To access cPanel, simply click here, and enter your username and password, as emailed to you when your account was set up. If you have forgotten your password, please contact support.

Mail Settings

Our shared hosting platform supports POP3, IMAP and Webmail access, as well as SMTP to send email.

POP3: mail.yourdomain.name

IMAP: mail.yourdomain.name

SMTP: mail.yourdomain.name

The username is the email account, for example mail@yourdomain.name, and the password is the password you selected when you created the account in cPanel.

We recommend that you use the latest version of Mozilla Thunderbird to access your email.

To access webmail, simply click here, and enter your email address and password. You can then choose between Squirrelmail, Horde or RoundCube.

FTP Settings

The easiest way of uploading your website is to use an FTP program, such as FileZilla.

Simply use the same details that you use to log in to cPanel, and use the FTP address ftp.yourdomain.name.
